Beach (from the third row in then) included in Full Board and Half Board.

Added beds to Double or Twin Room reduction:
 - Children 0-12 months (own cot) only sleep, free of charge;
till two years old (only sleep), for overnight stay in cradle, € 15,oo in BS; € 20,oo MS e AS; € 28,oo in AAS The price includes: cradle, Baby bathtub, Mothers kitchen complete of pottery and small household appliances;
- From 12 months to 2 years only sleep in customer's cradle discount 5,oo EUR on hotel cradle rate. The fee includes only the Mothers Kitchenette use without cradle, sheets and Baby bathtub;
- from 2 to 6 years old, on half board price discount: 50% in BS and 40% in the other periods;
- from 6 to 12 years old, on half board price discount: 40% in BS and 30% in the other periods;
- Adult from 12 to 18 years old, on half board price discount: 30% in BS and 20% in the other periods;
Adults over 18 years old on the Half Board price Third bed -15%, the fourth bed -20%.

- "Family package”: 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old, discount 50% in BS and 40% in the other periods for both the children (on Adults half board price)
"7+" one-week stay (full or half board) package Save 3% (Except AS and AAS).
"Balance paid 14 days in advance" Save 5% on booking with balance paid in advance of not less than 14 days before the arrival of the customer.

- Air Conditioning by request Euro 7,00 daily.
- Beach service (beach-umbrella,1 deck-chair, 1 lounger) 9,00 € (free on HB and FB); First row extra charge of 9,oo €, second row extra charge of 5,oo €.
- Rooms: “De Luxe”+ € 16,oo; “Superior” + € 10,oo, “Classic” - € 10,oo. (per day per room) All the other Standard rooms “sea view” north or south side no surcharge
- Full Board 15,oo eur (Adult) or 12,oo eur (Children) extra charge, calculated on the discounted Half Board price.

* * Terms
a) In high season and very high season stays cannot be shorter than one week, and reservations are taken for Saturday to Saturday only, but we will do our best to meet your needs depending on availability.
b) No animals are accepted in July and August. In the other periods will be added 10,00 euro per day to clean and sanitizing the room.
c) The night rate is breakfast inclusive. In half board booking you can choose for lunch or dinner to hold for the duration of the stay. Full board can be requested on booking.
d) As part of the same household is allowed a single treatment except for children max 2 years old.
e) Full Board and Half Board rates are per person and applicable for a minimum of two persons per room. In Double room for single use will be added an extra charge.
f) The first two occupants of the room will not benefit any children discount.
g) Check in 2:00 Pm, Check out 10:00 Am.
Beach service runs from 8:00 Am of the arrival day until 7:00 Pm of the day before departure.
h) Lunch time from 13:00 to 14:00. Dinner time from 20:00 to 21:00. On booking time should be specified if do you prefer to start your holidays with the lunch or the dinner. Only the first day the choice between different menu will be constrained to the kitchen availability.
Preferences not included in the daily menu will be charged as extras; Drinks and extra are not included.
i) There are no deductions for meals not taken but will be provided on request a packed lunch.
j) At reservation is demanded 30% as deposit (not less than the cost of the first day). In the Bank transfer form do you have to write the contract number (it is in the top on the left) followed by the full booking name indicated on the same contract.
The receipt of payment and the contract in each part filled must be shipped to the hotel. This request, irrevocable for the customer, will be final only
after the hotel confirmation.
k) The stay balance will be request to the arrival in hotel.
l) In case of delayed arrival in the check in day, without any notice, the booking will be canceled.
m) In case of early departure or late arrival must be paid the Bed and breakfast rates for all the booked time.
n) In case of failure to comply to contract terms all reductions will be lose. Consequently will be applied the full price rate.
o) If do you cancel the reservation 30 days before check-in the entire deposit will be refunded. The cancellation must be wrote.
p) When there is a maximum age to get discounts it means that it has not yet been accomplished.

To smoke in the room and commonplace. Bring animals in July and August. Throw garbage without make the right differentiation.
