Beach (from the third row in then) included in Full Board and Half Board. First row extra charge of 8,oo euro, second row extra charge of 5,oo Euro.

Children in room with the parents:
 - Children 0-12 months (own cot) only sleep, free of charge;
 - till two years old (only sleep), for overnight stay in cradle, 76% discount (room price) The price includes: cradle, Baby bathtub, Mothers kitchen complete of pottery and small household appliances;
- from 2 to 6 years old, 40% of discount on the price of half board;
- from 6 to 12 years old, 30% of discount on the price of half board;
- Adult from 12 to 18 years old, 20% of discount on the price of half board;
- Adults over 18 years on the Half Board price Third bed -15%, the fourth bed -20%.

"2+2 children" family package: 2 adults plus 2 children under 12 years old, 40% discount for both the children (full board or half board)
"7+" one-week stay (full or half board) package: adult 4.00 Euros discount per person per day.
"Balance paid 14 days in advance" Save 3% on booking with balance paid in advance of not less than 14 days before the arrival of the customer.

Air Conditioning by request Euro 7,00 daily 
Beach 8,00 Euros,First row extra charge of 8,oo euro, second row extra charge of 5,oo Euro. (beach-umbrella,1 deck-chair, 1 lounger).
Room with sea view 16,00 Euro per room per day (it has refrigerator, 50 liters).
Full Board extra charge of 10,oo (Adult) or 8,oo eur (Children) calculated on the Half Board price.

* * Terms
In high season and very high season stays cannot be shorter than one week, and reservations are taken for Saturday to Saturday only, but we will do our best to meet your needs depending on availability.
Within single families one set of package conditions is applied, except for children under the age of.
The first two occupants of the room will not benefit from children discount.
Reservations are valid from 13.00 of the day of arrival to 10.00 of the day of departure.
Failure to comply to contract terms voids all reductions; consequently, full price fees will be applied.
No animals are accepted in July and August.
The rates of Full Board and Half Board are for person and are applicable for a minimum of two persons per room.
The B&B rates are for the Double room. Drinks and extra are not included.
At reservation is demanded a deposit of 30%. The balance of the stay will be request to the arrival in hotel.
